Caroline Flack left her fans in a state of shock last night after accidentally posting a topless selfie on Instagram - with her nipple on FULL display.
Whoops.
The X Factor beauty posed up for a naked close-up, seemingly not realising her boob was in the shot too as she posted it to her 600,000 followers.
The brunette beauty quickly realised the embarrassing mistake, deleting the snap and swapping it for a cropped version - but not before her fans spotted it and began re-posting the picture online.

She captioned the photo: “Bloody el... Hair and make up by @gemflossy.”
Fans congratulated the red-faced star on the mistake however, with one writing: "Seeing Caroline Flack topless this morning after she accidentally posted it on Instagram has made my morning."
