Kim Kardashian may have sparked confusion among her fans when she subtly hid her baby bump at the MTV VMAs - but it's back in all its glory just hours later.
The reality star once again reached for a skintight dress in that classic maternity wardrobe, and showed off her front for all to see.
Opting for a tanned floor-length dress and long jacket, she was back into work mode as she left a production office in Van Nuys, California.
With her hair still scraped tightly back, and managing to wear strappy heels still, the star cut an elegant figure for the trip out.

 

As if there was ever doubt

We miss her smile though.
The 34-year-old is currently pregnant with her second child but Kim's baby bump was barely visible as she hit the red carpet at the Los Angeles event, prompting fans to ask where it had gone.
Now sister Kourtney has leapt to her defence , and in a subtle but loaded Instagram post, she later shared a picture of the pair of them leaving the award ceremony arm-in-arm.

"Me and my gorgeous pregnant sister," she captioned it.
On Sunday night baffled fans soon took to social media to question her look – in particular her lack of bump.
One user wrote: “I can barely see Kim's bump.”

 

Making good use of that maternity wardrobe again

Another added: “Kim's VMA outfit tho. She hugging her bump that we can barely see cus of all that detail on her dress smh she just looks big not pregnant.”

Her appearance came not long after she was forced to address rumours that her bump was fake – with a naked selfie.
