Taylor Swift receives flowers from Kanye West and jokes about joining him on his presidential campaign

The star's #KanTay2020 hashtag got fans questioning what it would be like if Taylor joined the rapper on a campaign trail

After the infamous “Imma let you finish…” moment back at the 2009 MTV VMAs, it looks like Kanye West and Taylor Swift are now pretty good pals.
Pop beauty Taylor presented the rapper with his MTV Video Vanguard Award at the star-studded event last Sunday and had some very kind things to say about him.
Presumably as a way of saying thank you, Kim kardashian’s other half has sent a huge bunch of flowers to Taylor.
The Love Story singer later shared the picture with her millions of followers and also joked (at least we think it was a joke) about joining him on the presidential campaign trail in 2020.

"Awww Kanye sent me the coolest flowers!! #KanTay2020 #BFFs," she captioned it.
The hashtag prompted fans to joke about Taylor becoming the 38-year-old's Vice President.
"Oh my god can you image Vice President Taylor Swift amazing (sic)," one wrote.
"Lol. Kanye for President, Taylor Swift for Vice President," said another.
Last Sunday Kanye famously announced that he would be running for President in five years time.
