This is the shocking moment a woman approaches a 10-year-old boy before 'punching him in the face' during an argument at a sandwich shop.
Police are now looking for the woman who attacked the young child and caused his nose to bleed in an altercation at a deli in Bronx, New York.
According to New York City Police, the woman left the store after punching the boy

The child refused medical treatment, according to PIX 11 News.
In the CCTV footage, the woman appears to be held back by a friend initially, before she advances forward and continues to argue with the child.
She then strikes out with her fist several times, although the exact moment of impact is not caught on camera.

Held back: The woman's friend attempts to stop the attack

Police have described the suspect as a black female, approximately 35 to 45-years-old, with long braided black hair, wearing a dark coloured skirt and a white button down shirt with a black design.
The person of interest, who is seen on video with the suspect, is described as a black female 25 to 30-years-old, last seen wearing a hat and a black t-shirt whit a design on the front.
The incident occurred at the M & G Bus Stop Deli on August 19.
