The actress laughed off the rumours

It eventually left the blonde beauty with no choice but to poke fun at the rumours by sharing a funny video with her fans on Facebook .

The short clip begins with a robe-wearing Jen looking puzzled as she runs the water in a bidet.
She then walks away to the sink, telling a friend: "What a weird toilet."
But as her buddy informs her it's not what she thinks it is, Jen responds: "It's not a toilet? Oh. Well then I don't have to wash my hands."

While it was all fun and games in the footage, a fed-up Jen took a more serious approach to shutting down the rumours in the status.
She wrote: "I hate talking to the Internet but I can't get asked another question about my hygiene on this press tour.
"I told MTV I didn't wash my hands after going to the bathroom because I was trying to gross out Josh and Liam and I ended up grossing out the world.

 

So she does wash her hands

"Of course I wash my hands after going to the bathroom! (I can't believe I've put myself in a situation where I even have to say that.)
"Anyway with all the rumors I've ever heard about myself this is the one I really had to put to rest."
